 Description:  Established in 2013 by the Newcastle Business School, this scholarship aims to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) students wishing to pursue a career in Business or Commerce.

 Annual Comment:  Either 4 scholarships will be offered, worth $2,500 each, or 3 will be offered worth $3,000 each, depending on applications. The scholarship is payable in 2 lump sum payments after each semester census date.

 Eligibility:  Applicants must: identify as an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and be recognised as such by their community; be commencing in a Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Commerce, or Bachelor of Business/Commerce (combined) at the University of Newcastle, Callaghan campus; be enrolled full-time; not hold another scholarship (with the exception of a Commonwealth Scholarship, e.g. an Indigenous Access Scholarship); and not have previously completed a degree.
